In 2024, Alex Wierda set out with a simple but powerful goal: to help churches find the best staff members possible. What began as a passion to serve quickly grew into something more—and The Next Gen Staffing Company was born.
Alex and his wife, Stacie, live in South Florida and have been in ministry for over 14 years. Together, they understand the unique challenges and deep joys of church leadership.
Today, Alex leads a nationwide team of search associates—ministry veterans with 10+ years of experience each—who are committed to connecting churches with the right leaders. These trusted partners come from diverse backgrounds, regions, and Bible colleges, but they all share one thing in common: a heart to serve the Church.
At the core of it all, one thing remains true:
We didn’t set out to start a company… we set out to serve the Church.
