Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bible college degree (required)

  • 3–5 years of ministry experience

  • Demonstrated preaching and leadership ability

  • High relational capacity (high “I” on DISC preferred)

  • Clear alignment with Rockingham’s doctrine and ministry philosophy
