About the Role:
This position will begin with shared preaching responsibilities during a transition period, then move into full leadership of our teaching, vision, and outreach efforts. The Lead Minister will work closely with our elders and Executive Minister to disciple leaders, lead staff, deepen spiritual life, and expand the church’s presence in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cast and implement church vision

  • Preach and teach biblically-based messages

Qualifications:

  • Ordained, with strong biblical grounding
