The Kids Director will provide vision, leadership, and oversight for all children’s ministry environments (Nursery through 6th grade). This leader will champion a Christ-centered, safe, and engaging ministry for children while encouraging and equipping volunteers and partnering with families to help kids grow in their faith.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, develop, and care for all staff and volunteer teams in Nursery, Pre-K, and Elementary ministries.

Cultivate a dynamic and welcoming Sunday experience that is fun, safe, and spiritually engaging for kids.

Build a thriving volunteer culture through training, encouragement, and team-building.

Partner with parents and families, equipping them to lead their children spiritually at home.

Collaborate with church leadership to align Kids Ministry with the mission and vision of ACC.

Maintain excellence in planning, curriculum development, scheduling, and communication.

Ensure that safety protocols and policies are in place and followed consistently.

Student Minister
