Key Responsibilities
Youth Ministry (70%)
Lead and cast vision for a dynamic, growing student ministry
Plan and execute weekly youth gatherings, small groups, and special events

Recruit, train, and shepherd adult volunteers
Organize retreats, camps, and mission opportunities
College/Young Adult Ministry (20%)
Develop and grow a ministry for college-aged and young adults
